History
Our experience with commercial projects ranges from retail (service stations, banks, fast food outlets, restaurants) to low rise (2 or 3 storey) office buildings and multi storey apartment buildings. These projects rely critically on the most appropriate structural solution to maximise their commercial outcome. We are experienced at working with the Architects, Project Managers and Builders to determine the most cost effective and buildable structural solution for each project.
Experience
Our experience includes design utilising all conventional materials and building systems, as well as more unusual project specific solutions.
We have been structural consultants for buildings over a wide variety of terrain including the inner city, the Victorian Alps, and the North Queensland Coast.
