History
Perrett Simpson Stantin have designed and documented numerous tourism based buildings including Werribee Zoo, Alpine Lodges, Surf Life Saving Pavilions, Recreational Buildings and Playgrounds. These projects often generate numerous design challenges including alpine and coastal locations, or remote access and unusual loading or usage requirements e.g. snow loads, high wind exposure, corrosive environment, animal enclosures, recreational equipment, viewing platforms etc.
Experience
Our experience includes design utilising all conventional materials and building systems, as well as more unusual project specific solutions.
We have been structural consultants for buildings over a wide variety of terrain including the inner city, the Victorian Alps, and the North Queensland Coast.
