Our company history and expertise.
Perrett Simpson and Associates commenced practice in January 1984, and has since grown steadily, documenting a wide range of projects including the design and supervision of steel, reinforced concrete, post tensioned concrete, masonry and timber buildings, and associated civil works.
The business was incorporated on 1.7.85 and in December 2009, Perrett Simpson Pty Ltd merged with Stantin Consulting Pty Ltd, to form Perrett Simpson Stantin. Our office has undertaken over 8500 projects ranging from large commercial/industrial developments to residential works, with an estimated built cost in excess of $2000M. The office currently has 6 professional structural engineers, 5 draftspersons and an office administrator.
We have particular expertise in the design and documentation of Architect designed buildings. We have acted as structural and civil consultants on many successful and award winning projects in Melbourne and throughout Australia, including numerous community, sporting and corporate facilities.
Our clients currently include a broad cross section of Architectural Offices, Corporations and Government Departments. We pride ourselves on the level of efficiency and service we provide, the quality and clarity of our documentation, and our economic and sympathetic design solutions.
