Company Director
Dale Simpson M.I.E (AUST.) C.P. Eng
Dale is a director of Perrett Simpson Pty Ltd and a founding partner of the practice. He graduated in 1979, with Distinction, from Swinburne Institute of Technology, with a degree in Civil Engineering. After a brief stint as a management trainee with Boral Ltd, he gained employment as a structural design engineer in 1981. Since that time Dale has been continuously involved in the design, documentation and supervision of Architect designed buildings, and associated works.
Dale has been active in professional development and is past secretary and vice president of the Association of Consulting Structural Engineers, Victoria. He has been involved in the I.E. (Aust) ‘Engineers in Schools Programme’ and assisted on the interview panel for the I.E (Aust) prospective member applications.

Serafim Konstantinou B.E B.Ec M.I.E (AUST) C.P. Eng
Serafim is a director of Perrett Simpson Pty Ltd. He graduated from Monash University in 1999 with combined degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics. His interests include effective design solutions, business administration and development for new projects.
Serafim has extensive experience in basement construction and design, apartment buildings, commercial buildings and prestige residential structures. He is actively involved in the design concept for many projects. Serafim’s particular interests include the construction phase of projects and business development.
